I joined when there was barely a team. Now, I lead 160 people. At DayOne, if something needs doing, we step up. That’s how I grew, and how we deliver.
Working across cultures and timelines, I’ve learned that no one builds alone. At DayOne, we figure things out together — with sleeves rolled up and eyes on the bigger picture.
Solving technical problems is the job — but what drives me is knowing the impact. What I enjoy most about working at DayOne is that I get to create with people across the world and see our ideas come to life.
I came in fresh — zero experience and lots to prove. I thought I would just support. Instead, I was trusted to run real ops. It’s fast, sometimes messy — but I’m learning more here than any textbook can teach.
I have grown with DayOne — from delivering projects to leading a country team. I started out managing builds — now I am shaping strategy. The pace here is intense, but so is the trust. DayOne gives me the space I need to lead.
Being a woman in engineering means that I’ve had to prove myself more than once. With great mentors, I now make space for others. At DayOne, we move with purpose. It is exhilarating to be part of shaping the future of how responsible infrastructure gets built.
To me, design is about solving today’s needs without forgetting tomorrow. We bring that mindset into every DayOne data center. We think beyond just performance — planning for scale, sustainability, and the people who run these spaces every day.
