In April 2024, DayOne entered the East Asia market with a major development in Fuchu City — a growing tech corridor just 30 kilometers west of central Tokyo. Located within Fuchu Intelligent Park (FIP), the campus is designed to provide secure, scalable infrastructure for hyperscalers and enterprise clients alike.

The campus will offer a total IT capacity of 80MW, with approximately 66,360 square meters of gross floor area. Upon completion, it will be among the largest data center developments in Fuchu City in terms of IT load.
Strategically located for power, land, and low-latency access to Tokyo’s core, FIP offers the ideal conditions for DayOne’s expansion into Japan’s high-demand digital market.
Two purpose-built data centers are now in development, positioned for multi-site deployment and long-term growth.
