The systems you'll own
Cooling & thermal
Liquid cooling, airflow modelling, efficiency (PUE)
High-capacity, AI-ready campuses built around liquid cooling. You will model, test and prove thermal performance, solving problems the industry is still learning to solve.
Power & electrical
UPS, switchgear, generators, N+1 redundancy
Mechanical meets electrical every day: generator cooling, fuel systems, plant sequencing. You see the whole system, and your work shapes how it performs.
MEP delivery
Design, build & commission across disciplines
DayOne designs, builds and operates its campuses through an integrated delivery model, and engineers are part of it from the start. You hand over plants you helped design.
Where this role can take you
We're four years old and still building, and not only data centers. Some of our processes are being written as we go, often by the people who just joined. If you do your best work with everything already settled, it's worth knowing that upfront. If you'd rather help shape how things get done, you'll have plenty of room here.
