Building Malaysia’s Future Digital Infrastructure and Workforce

At DayOne, we believe empowering youth is essential to building Malaysia’s future digital infrastructure and workforce.

We were proud to serve as the Main Sponsor of the Johor Youth Forum 2025, organized by AIESEC Johor Bahru in mid December, bringing together 150 students from six universities across Malaysia for two days of learning, collaboration, and real-world engagement.

DayOne teams including our HR and business leaders contributed as panel speakers, mentors, judges, and career advisors. Through panel discussions, case study mentoring, pitching evaluations, career booths, internship sharing, and career exploration discussions, we provided students with direct exposure to industry expectations and pathways into the digital infrastructure sector.

As Malaysia’s data center and digital economy continue to scale, developing a future-ready talent pipeline is critical. By working closely with youth organizations and academic institutions, we aim to bridge education and industry, strengthen employability, and support the next generation of professionals who will power the country’s digital growth.
